Nintendo signs contract of exclusiveness with Next-Level Games!
The Next-Level Studio is responsible for games like Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon (3DS), Punch Out (Wii), Spider Man: Friend or Foe, Captain America: Super Soldier and Mario Strikers Charged (Wii/GameCube).
